Chef Basilio Pesce passion for food is rooted in his Italian heritage and the cooking of his mother and grandmothers. At Porzia’s—named in honour of his mother—he brings that tradition to life with house-made pasta, seasonal vegetables, and carefully executed dishes made from honest, high-quality ingredients.
